We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding holidays). This time can increase up to 10 business days during sale campaigns.
Delivery takes between 3 days and 8 weeks after shipment, depending on your location, shipping tariff and chosen device.
Please be aware that COVID-19, weather, shipping holidays, peak shipping seasons, and incorrect billing information can delay your order's shipment.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email. After your package has left our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number. After you have received your tracking number, you can follow the delivery stages on the shipping companies website to estimate when your product will arrive.
If, for some reason, your parcel isn't delivered within 12 weeks, then please contact us via email email@example.com, and we will send another order out to you ASAP.
