Parcels are usually delivered to the post office in your given ZIP code. However, in some countries, they're delivered to the recipient's home directly. Please ask the post service in your country if you're unsure.
In some countries, post offices won't send notifications when the parcel arrives, so be sure to check order updates via the tracking number every week until it comes.
Once the order arrives in the destination country, please contact the local post service or customs directly with questions, from then on, they're in charge of the parcel; it's not something we can help with unfortunately.
If you have trouble with delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will help you. We will solve your problem faster if you send us a screenshot of the issue.
